betterU Announces $215,000 Loan from CEO

OTTAWA, Dec. 07, 2017 — betterU Education Corp. (TSX-V:BTRU) (FRANKFURT:5OGA) (the “Company”) announces that it has received an interest free loan from Brad Loiselle, CEO of betterU for $215,000, pursuant to which:
• The Company agrees to pay the loan back immediately upon receipt of funds only if the repayment of the loan does not compromise the company’s ability to effectively operate.
• The term of the Loan is 6 months (the “Term”).
