RENFORTH CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING
Toronto – June 6, 2017 – Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) announces that it has completed the first tranche of a private placement financing (the “Offering”) raising gross proceeds of $176,000 through the issuance of 1,100,000 common share units (“Common Units”) at $0.05 per Common Unit, and 2,420,000 flow through units (“FT Units”) at $0.05 per FT Unit. Each Common Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one whole common share purchase warrant (“Common Warrant”). Each Common Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months following closing. Each FT Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one half common share purchase warrant (“FT Warrant”). Each FT Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.10 for a period of 18 months following closing.
In connection with the Offering, Renforth paid a cash commission of $3,200 and issued 64,000 FT Warrants.
The proceeds raised under the Offering will be used for Canadian Exploration Expenses on the Company’s properties, and for working capital.
All securities issued under the Offering are subject to a four-month statutory hold period in Canada.
